Kevin P. Sullivan, M.D. is
the first physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist
to join The Boston Spine Group. He received his medical degree
from New York Medical College. For two years prior to entering
medical school, he played professional hockey in the San Jose
Sharks organization. He completed a physical medicine and
rehabilitation residency at the Harvard Medical School Department
of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He completed his
training with a fellowship in musculoskeletal and pain medicine
at the Georgia Pain Physicians in Marietta, GA.
Dr. Sullivan is a frequent faculty member for NASS instructional spinal injection workshops. He has presented at national meetings and has contributed to several chapters and publications. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine. Dr. Sullivan is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation, International Spine Intervention Society, and the North American Spine Society.
Dr. Sullivan is seeing patients at TBSG-Southborough, Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester, and Newton.
